All-New Ford B-MAX: First Official Photo of Small MPV Released Ahead of Geneva

Less than one year after Ford showed the B-MAX study at the Geneva Salon, the Blue Oval unwrapped the final production model of its new entry in the European small MPV segment. The official presentation will once again take place at the Geneva Motor Show this March.

The transition from concept to production has not brought any significant changes to the design of the Fiesta-based model, but that was something we expected given that last year’s model was more showcar than pure concept.

Ford is willing to turn your “race car on the road” dreams into reality with the release of the Mustang Boss 302SX concept. The vehicle, which should be the mid-point between the Boss 302S and the Boss 302R race car, comes with motorsport goodies such as an adjustable coilover, suspension, an FIA-approved rollcage, a quick-release steering wheel and others.

The Mustang Boss 302SX has been gifted with aerodynamic parts like a massive rear wing and a front splitter, while the connection to the road is established via a set of 18-inch ultralightweight wheels. Under the bonnet, we have a 5.0-liter V8 unit that delivers over 500 hp.

Since 1968 Ford’s Cobra Jet Mustang has achieved to make a legacy of power, performance and triumph. In 2008 this legacy was made anew with the limited run of the 40th Anniversary Cobra Jet Mustang (of course it quickly sold out). Consequently the models of 2010 and 2012 are as popular as the previous ones, and moreover they are a proof for the continues Evolution of Ford Racing’s Turnkey Race Car Program.

On Friday Dec. 2, Ford Racing unveiled their 2013 Cobra Jet Mustang at the Performance Racing Industry show in Orlando, Fla. The 2013 Cobra Jet went through three year period of testing, racing and customer feedback in order to continue the legacy. It was designed for NHRA Stock and Super Stock competition. And we must say that the model is better than ever and features the latest drag racing technology for greater acceleration and consistency.

Ford Explorer 2011 SEMA Offensive Launched

Now that we’ve seen what the Blue Oval is cooking fro this year’s edition of the SEMA event in terms of small cars and trucks, it’s time to also talk about its SUV offensive. Ford will bring three custom incarnation of the Explorer to the event, which each one using a totally different approach.

The three designs are being created by DSO Eyewear, Stitchcraft Interiors and Tjin. The first brings an upper class look, with a lowered suspension, 24-inch rims, a Katzkin leather finish for the cabin and a Pearl White coat.

Ford Says New 2014 Mustang will be Less Retro, More Modern

In 2014, Ford will celebrate the Mustang’s 50th anniversary and it will do so by launching a brand new model. The revelation comes from the company’s design chief, J Mays, who spoke to journalist during the 64th International Auto Show in Frankfurt.

According to Mays, the design of the next-generation Mustang has already “locked down” three years ahead of its launch. The real surprise, though, is that Mays states that the new version of Ford’s iconic pony car will look more into the future than in to its past.
