Headquartered in the historic city of Edinburgh in Scotland, Imperium Automotive is a high-end design house that focuses on the Bentleyand Bugatti brands.
Their latest offering is a new limited-edition styling package for the recently updated Bentley Continental GT Coupe named ‘Audentia’, which is said to be a direct Latin translation for ‘boldness and courage’.
Just weeks from now, Bentley will unveil its replacement for the Arnage, a rival to the Rolls-Royce Phantom. Yet at the other end of Bentley’s spectrum, the new Continental Supersports is claimed to be a rival to the Ferrari 599.
Ferrari 599? That’s a bold claim. The Supersports is, after all, a derivative of the Continental GT — an overweight four-seat GT, not a lithe supercar. The latest member to join the Bentley family is the Azure T, a more powerful and exclusive version of the drop-top Azure. So what’s in a ‘T’? Well, the most important change is hidden under the massive hood as Bentley fitted the Azure T with a twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 500 HP and 1000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque.
