The New Generation Volkswagen Golf

There is a new boy in town and he is bigger and better than ever. If there was ever the car equivalent of the cool boy at school then the VW Golf would be it and he is back. The summer term has ended and he has returned with a new polished look. The all new seventh generation Golf has been revealed, having undergone a redesign. The new version will feature a steeper windscreen, a new body and several technological advancements. According to some sources the car will look similar to the Sirocco model, which is incredibly popular at the moment.

The hatchback version of the car will also have a lower roofline and driving position, making the ride smoother and quicker. The thinking behind differentiating between the models is to create a clear identity for each. The Golf Plus variant will get a thicker and bulkier frame with five seats. Volkswagen’s intention is to make the three-door Golf look sportier than the larger five-door version; tying together the general uses of the cars with the customer’s needs.

Abt Sportline now offers full tuning program for the latest Volkswagen Tiguan. Although, the crossover has been on the market for several months, the tuner are ready with a number of modifications, which can make your vehicle unique.

The exterior package includes ABT front grill, ABT door strip attachements, ABT rear skirt set with exhaust system and ABT rear wing. The stance is improved by installing ABT suspension springs, which lower the vehicle. There are also different ABT designer light alloy wheels in 18” to 20” available also as complete set of wheels with sports tyres.

Je Design Introduces The 440 HP VW Touareg Hybrid

The latest car to get the attention of Je Design is the 2011 Volkswagen Touareg Hybrid, a model that has not only received visual enhancement from the tuners, but also a boost in power. Specifically, the car has received a widebody kit, a lowered suspension(EUR1,428) and a new set of wheels (aluminum painted in black.)

Exterior highlights include a redesigned grille, new spoilers and wheel arches, a rear apron and a roof spoiler all made from Polyurethane (PU), priced at EUR5,355. Moreover, the tuners say they can add a custom exhaust system as well, featuring stainless steel pipes 90 mm in diameter for an extra EUR595.

2011 ABT Volkswagen Touareg

The new Volswagen Touareg also received a tuning package from ABT Sportline.

The exterior features a new grille, revised side skirts, rear apron and a massive roof spoiler. The vehicle also has a sport exhaust system and 22″ alloy wheels, other sizes are also available.

The performance upgrades are available for the three diesel engines – 3.0 liter TDI V6 is boosted to either 282PS (207 kW) and 580Nm (427 lb-ft) or 310PS (228 kW) and 610Nm (450 lb-ft) of torque. The standard output is only 240PS. The mighty 4.2 liter TDI is boosted to the whopping 385PS (282 kW) and 870Nm (642 lb-ft), which is an improvement of 45PS (33 kW) and 70Nm (52 lb-ft).
