Porsche Panamera to debut at Auto Shanghai 2009 this coming April
Porsche will introduce the new Porsche Panamera to the general public at Auto Shanghai 2009 this coming April. The four-door will hit the streets towards the end of this summer.
The Stuttgart-based company planned to build the Panamera as a particularly cosy and luxe vehicle with qualities generally found in Porsche sports autos. Though a four-door, it was built to look and function like a coup, meaning solid performance without sacrificing interior space to get it. Engine decisions include typically aspirated and turbocharged V6 and V8 engines, starting from three hundred to 5 hundred bhp.
Six-speed manual transmission comes standard, with a seven-speed double-clutch also available.
The new Porsche Panamera will be introduced to the general public on the 19th of Apr in Shanghai, China. The 2 units on view will be a naturally-aspirated V8 model, and a twin-turbo V8.
